I also bought a second printing of Frenchman’s Creek by Daphne du Maurier. I think it’s time I begin investing in great editions of my favorite books (especially vintagey ones). I don’t feel the need to buy any new books lately (as in, new new books) unless they’re scholarly ones from academic presses or awesome books I’ve read before and know I will read over and over again. Otherwise, the library is an underemployed bibliophile’s best friend. Thank you, libraries!
